This summer, we begin an exciting new chapter at Tower Tandoori: the gradual evolution to becoming a completely alcohol-free venue.

It’s not about losing something—it’s about gaining focus, clarity, and a fresh kind of energy that fits the way people live and socialise today. For us, this is about creating a space that’s inclusive, modern, and more mindful, without compromising on flavour or experience.

The Bridge Bar will be at the heart of this shift.

We’re launching a menu of alcohol-free cocktails and zero-proof creations that blend bold ingredients with bar craft and theatre. One of the highlights? Our James Bond-inspired cocktail collection—a playful nod to the classics, reinvented without the alcohol, but with all the style and sophistication.

Whether it’s a Nojito, Notini, or a shaken (not stirred) Zero Vesper, these drinks bring together cinematic flair and serious flavour.
